Excellent Hotel Experience
clean bathroom mini fridge friendly staff
The location was fantastic with many bars cafes and shops nearby. The front desk was friendly and available 24 hours. I found the bathroom spotlessly clean and this was a definite plus. I also liked having both a fridge and kettle in the room.
My room wasn't like any of the pictures shown it was very small and tucked out the back.

The hotel is close to a metro stop with easy access to transportation. I saw parks and many food options near the hotel. This central position greatly facilitated exploring attractions.

excellent location metro station
the location was excellent with a metro station right outside the door.
the single room was small. there was hardly any space to move around, and i felt quite confined. i found the lack of space disappointing (especially considering the price).

I found the staff helpful. They provided accessible rooms for older people with mobility issues. The location is great, putting me close to many points of interest. I also received an unexpected upgrade to a bigger room with a terrace, a great start to my holiday!!!

The staff were lovely and very helpful, arranged everything when my husband needed to go to the hospital. One staff member even fixed my shoe when it broke, showing very nice dedication and care. I am grateful for their support.

I enjoyed the room having a fridge and the air conditioning worked well. the location is safe. It is also very convenient.
the elevator did not reach our floor directly. navigating the stairs with luggage was slightly inconvenient.

helpful staff great location clean space cramped room dark area small cubicle
the staff seemed so helpful and sweet. the decoration was done beautifully, and i think the location is great. the place was very clean.
the room was very cramped, and i could hardly open a suitcase. the facility to hang clothes is a small dark area with no lighting, a serious issue. the toilet cubicle is also so small a hand washing facility is not provided in the cubicle.
